I’d like to share what I like about Residences at University Hills. We have King Soopers, Strouts, Library, a beautiful park and recreation center just to mention a few. All within walking distance.Management’s is here 5 days a week to address any concerns I may have and work hard to find a solution. O almost forgot to mention they have a calendar of activities. Believe me if you want a place of peace and quiet this is the for us seniors.

I absolutely love living here!! The manager Christa is so kind, helpful, respectful and responsive to resident needs! I tell everyone I know that’s a senior about this place.

Very beautiful property with alot of very friendly people!! Stopped by to drop off my business information and the property manager Christa was very helpful and friendly. When i am looking to move i will definitely return to this place as my first choice!

I was greeted by Christa (manager) and some of the residence. I was impressed by the size of the units and all the amenities - Your own laundry room, more than one bathroom and the size of the kitchen. Christa was able to answer all of my questions. I am sure this is the place for my Aunt.

After several years here, have seen a very positive upgrade to the overall facility, its maintenance, new upgrades, and general good residence feelings. The enhancements are highlighted, the maintenance staff is greatly appreciated, and the group activities are well-received! The security has also improved. This is an excellent part of Denver to literally walk across the street to King Soopers, or to Whole Foods 2 blocks away. The YMCA is all of 4 blocks away. The single upgrade is for the RUH main office to call Comcast and get their (free- it's part of the service the apartment pays Comcast) upgraded cable TV box. Some clubs watch various series and sports—a lot of happy times. Upgrading last decade's Comcast cable boxes would be very appreciated. There is a full kitchen and outdoor grills. It's always fun for a dozen or a small crowd of people to gather for burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, or pastries.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience – thank you, Krista! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Krista, the office manager at my mother’s new senior living community. From day one, she has been an absolute standout. Her interpersonal communication is unmatched—warm, genuine, and incredibly clear. She made every step of the process feel easy and reassuring. Krista’s dedication shows in everything she does. She was consistently available to answer questions, guide us through details, and make sure we felt confident and supported. On top of that, her sense of humor made what can often be a stressful transition genuinely enjoyable. She kept us laughing, calm, and optimistic throughout the entire journey. Her knowledge of the community, its services, and the move-in process is extraordinary. No question went unanswered, and no concern went unaddressed. Most importantly, Krista is unbelievably helpful—the kind of person who goes above and beyond without ever being asked. Not only was Krista incredible, but the building and grounds are absolutely beautiful—warm, inviting, and so thoughtfully maintained. The community itself feels vibrant, friendly, and welcoming, and it is clear that the residents and staff take real pride in their home. It brings me so much peace knowing my mother will be surrounded by such a lovely environment. We’ve just signed my mom’s lease, and I am so excited for her to begin this next chapter. My mother cannot wait to move in, and so much of that is because of the trust and comfort Krista created for us. Thank you SO MUCH, Krista! You made this experience exceptional, and we are truly grateful for everything!!

Toured this property for my father in law and Laura was wonderful! She was so professional and attentive to our wants. I can’t recommend this property and their staff enough!

Resident Office Support is wonderful. The original Heat Pump failed. They immediately got me a standalone unit and within a week a brand new unit (on rooftop), works great (AC / Heat). Before that, my garbage disposal failed, replaced the next day! The Microwave failed one weekend. Replaced 3 business days later. The main front office was in constant communication about progress and when service would arrive. JUST had another Maintenance in May 2024, again, Very Next Day!
